Matt Deuitch: Executive director
With extensive experience and a broad background in residential and luxury real estate, Matt Deuitch has stepped forward to combine vision and opportunity to bring Tamarack real estate to the forefront. A licensed agent since 1987, Matt has served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of REALTORS®, and as the President of the 9000 member Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®.

Deuitch earned his M.B.A. from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in 1990 where he served on the Dean's Board of Excellence. He focused on business management and entrepreneurial studies, which has enabled him to evaluate residential ownership and investments.
A father of three wonderful children, Deuitch observes that Tamarack offers not just a second home get-away but a place that offers recreation and excitement for families as well.

Russ Hollyer: Information Technology Director
Russ's recent work as IT developer for a luxury cruise ship's web promotions earned him accolades not only within the technological community but the luxury residence marketing community as well. Leanne Marco, a cruise ship marketing specialist, commented, "Russ led the way for us on the internet to establish a presence that we had not had. His expertise promulgated our image and luxury lifestyle throughout multiple website platforms. He's insightful, talented, and cutting-edge."
Russ earned a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University in 1989. He graduated at the top of his class with a 4.0 GPA.
